In this hour long seminar, you will learn to blend like a pro! We will sample Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre, Cinsault, and Cabernet Sauvignon as single varietals from a a few different barrels. You will be surprised by the variations. Then we will work to create the best blend. This is the fun part!
